PURPOSE:To detect data based on an expression format even if there are no data at the time of collecting data by finding out a difference between an address generating a program abort and an execution address and backing an instruction by the difference. CONSTITUTION:When control is transferred from an operating system, a data name acquiring part 3 acquires a line number to be referred or a relative position and a data name to be edited and fetches the execution address of an object code from a compile/execution address conversion list storing file 11. A data attribute and the compile address are fetched from a file 10, the execution address is fetched from the file 11 and pump data are extracted from the execution address. The difference between the address generating program abort and the execution address is found out and the instruction is backed from execution tracking data and checked. The checked data are edited in accordance with the data format and outputted to a file 13.
