PURPOSE:To make a rapid increasing in temperature of a wall surface of a heating chamber and to enable a coking in short period of time without generating any disturbance of a food in a heating chamber by a method wherein a reflecting plate having a mirror of at least plane heater is arranged at an outside part of a pressing plate and a heat insulating material is arranged at an outside part of the reflecting plate. CONSTITUTION:Upper surface and lower surface of a winding bobbin 25 are arranged with an insulation plate 29 made of heat-resistant insulator such as mica so as to hold a heating element 26 therebetween. An upper surface of the insulation plate 29 is provided with a metallic pressing plate 30 which is filed to a main body 32 of a heating chamber with several small screws. A wall surface 33 of a heating chamber opposing to a heating element 26 is composed of an aluminum plated steel plate and a metallic plate made of stainless steel with a relative high heat-resistant temperature. A reflecting plate 34 composed of a thin metallic plate such as an aluminum foil and the like with one facing to the pressing plate being formed as a mirror surface is arranged on the pressing plate 30 and fixed together with the pressing plate 30 with some screws 31. A reference numeral 35 indicates a heat insulating material to prevent heat of the heating element 26 to be conducted to each of the components and conducted to a reflect plate 34.
