发明名称 COMBUSTION APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR GRANULAR MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable execution of gasification combustion, by a method wherein a space above the movable fire grate of a combustion furnace performing gasification combustion is filled in a lamellar manner with a number of solid mediums. CONSTITUTION:A medium 16 is formed of a heat resistant material, e.g. ceramic or foamed ceramic. Powdery materials 17 adhered to the mediums 16 fed onto a moving fire grate 2 are gasified for combustion, in order, upwardly from the movable fire grate 2 side by means of an ignition device 3, and a combustible substance adhered on a medium surface is incinerated. At a point of time when the powdery materials 17 adhered to the mediums 16 are incinerated, the fire grate 2 is rotated or swung to gradually discharge the medium materials 16 to a position below the fire grate together with ash. The powdery material is fed to a vibration sieve 8 and the like by means of an ash discharge conveyor 7, and is separated into ash and the mediums. The medium 16, which is separated and cleared from ash and to which the granular materials 17 are adhered again by means of an adhering mixing device 9, is fed to a gasification combustion furnace 1 by means of a conveyor 6, whereby stable gasification combustion is continued.
