PURPOSE:To obtain a composition curable by ultraviolet irradiation in a short time to give a rubber elastic material having excellent water resistance, by adding an organosilicon compound containing a vinyl group to specific two siloxanes. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. organopolysiloxane containing at least one group shown by the formula (R is monofunctional saturated hydrocarbon; a is 2 or 3; b is 1-3; c and d are 0, 1 or 2; b+c+d=3) in one molecule is blended with (B) an organosiloxane containing two or more mercapto groups in one molecule in an amount to give 0.1-20 mercapto groups based on one propenoxy group in the component A, (C) an organosilicon compound containing at least one vinyl group directly bonded to Si in an amount to give 0.01-10 vinyl groups based on one propenoxy group in the component A and (D) 0.01-10pts.wt. photosensitizer.
