The invention relates to a screening, clod-removing and magnetic sorting apparatus comprising grids 3, 4 with at least partly parallel bars essentially forming a dihedral whose ridge is downmost and near which ridge is a rotating shaft 5 equipped with a series of teeth 6 mounted such that they can pass between the bars of the grids as they rotate. The apparatus according to the invention is noteworthy in that underneath the rotating shaft 5 are magnetic components 11 whose purpose is to capture any metal objects contained in the product undergoing processing. <IMAGE>
