The present invention relates to sandwich panels in which one side (or both sides) is made magnetic either by interposing a magnetic layer 12 under a non-magnetic skin 10, or by magnetization of a normally non-magnetic skin. These panels may be used, preferably, as lettering and/or display panels or as decorative and magnetic separation partitions. The other face, totally independent of the first, may be constituted by a projection screen, a drawing or a decorative image. <IMAGE>
