Device for linking between two rail vehicles allowing relative rotational movements of vertical axis and of horizontal axis between the bodies 1, 2 of the vehicles and defining a compartment for intercirculation from one body to the other, including two elements 4, 5 connected by a flexible link, each element being articulated vis à vis the adjacent body about a vertical axis 6, 7 which is common to the latter. It has no supporting bogey, and the articulation between each of its elements and the corresponding body takes place by virtue of a swivel at the top part and of a convex sector 6, 7 at the end of the body sliding inside a concave sector 8, 9 of the end of the element. <IMAGE>
