发明名称 MIRROR FOR LASER DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a reflecting film and to simplify the fixing/supporting structure of a mirror by using a metallic film formed on the surface of a base as the reflecting face for the laser beam mirror and using a material obtained by plating the face of an aluminum plate with copper as the base. CONSTITUTION:The direction of a laser beam 2 projected from a laser oscillator 1 in a laser working device using a full reflection mirror is changed by the full reflection mirror 3 and the reflected light is condensed by a condenser lens 4 to execute work such as the cutting and welding of an object 5 to be worked. The object 5 to be worked is mounted on a table 7 and the table 7 is moved by a motor 6 driven by an amplifier circuit 8. The acceleration of the table 7 is suppressed by an amplifier circuit 9 inputting a movement start/ stop signal. An aluminum plate is used as the base of the full reflection mirror 3, copper plating is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate and gold or the like is vapor-deposited on the copper plating face to form a reflection film and increase adhesion between the reflecting film and the base.
