PURPOSE:To prevent a device from being set in a dangerous condition due to a troubled state of a control part by a method wherein safety circuits are provided for all relay control portions for controlling a plurality of heating sources. CONSTITUTION:When a START key is inputted to a micro-computer 1, an output terminal O3 is outputted and a transistor Q7 is turned ON. At this time, since the transistor Q6 is kept ON, a contact point of a relay 3 is closed and a heater is turned ON. In this way, a time when the heater is turned ON corresponds to the case in which an output terminal O1 is outputted, the START hey is inputted to the micro-computer 1 and the output terminal O3 is outputted. In case of an electronic range, when the output terminal O1 is outputted and the START key is inputted to the micro-computer and when the output terminal O2 is outputted, the electronic range is turned ON. In this way, it is possible to prevent the device from becoming a dangerous condition.
