PURPOSE:To require no change in the identification name forming processing of an event by incorporating a coordinate indicating the disposition position of an electronic computer in the identification name and indicating the electronic computer in which the event is generated. CONSTITUTION:When a certain event is generated in the electronic computer 6 in a system and it is required to apply the identification name of the event, an identification name forming request source asks a connecting means 4 to form the identification name. The connecting means 4 respectively sets the coordinate obtained from an output means 1 for outputting the coordinate indicating the disposing position of the electronic computer 6, a data time obtained from an output means for outputting the data time for forming the identification name and the identification name of the identification name forming request source obtained from an output means 3 for outputting the identification name of the identification name forming request source to fields. Then, the identification name of the connected event is outputted to the identification name forming request source.
