PURPOSE:To easily execute a focusing operation by providing a device driving optionally a focusing wire forward and backward, a driving terminal detecting means and a driving controller having a stop switch. CONSTITUTION:An electric driving device 12 is driven through a circuit substrate 29 by depressing a switch 32. A member 22 connected to the device 12 is rotated and a wire 8 is driven by a frame 18. The abutting of a stopper 27 upon one end of a long hole 28 is detected by the increment of torque and the rotation is switched to reverse rotation to control rotation by a controller 17. A LED 37 is turned on by said abutting and turned off by a rotational direction switch 36. Wire pressing/pulling operation is continued during the depression of a switch 32. When the switch 32 is turned off at the time of focusing, the device 12 is turned off, wire driving is instantaneously stopped and the focusing state can be held. In such a constitution, focusing an be attained only by depressing the switch 32 and operability can be extremely improved.
