PURPOSE:To prevent active materials in use from being softened early by forming a membrane made of fluorinated resin on the surface of a positive electrode. CONSTITUTION:A solution of fluorinated resin is impregnated through a plate where a grid is charged with a paste, a junction among active material particles is strengthened by forming a membrane made of the fluorinated resin surface of the plate. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the junction among active material particles from being weakened and steeply delay a short-circuit at the bottom of the plate caused by decrease of a capacity or falling off of the active material. |
