PURPOSE:To easily and exactly grasp exact position to be improved in the ground by a method in which a magnetic material in uniformly mixed with an improving agent in an improving agent supply tank, and the improving agent with the magnetic material is injected into the ground to be improved. CONSTITUTION:A powdery or liquid improving agent, e.g., cement, etc., is charged through a charging inlet 53 into an improving agent supply tank 5, and a fibrous or powdery steel fiber 8 with diameter of 0.5-0.6 mm and length of 20-60 mm, which is separated from a steel fiber disperser 81, is supplied through a charging port 54 into the tank 5. The improving agent and the steel magnetic fibers are mixed together by a mixer with a mixing blade 73 in the tank 5, and the mixed improving agent is supplied under pressure through a supply pipe 4 and a path 21 by compressed air to the opening of the tip of the mixing shaft 2 to form an improved column while mixing the improving agent with the solid of the ground to be improved.
