PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive, containing a bisphenol A type epoxy resin, NBR-modified epoxy resin, specific polymer, styrene-butadiene copolymer and curing agent in a specific proportion and having excellent fixing, adhesive properties to oil surfaces and flexibility. CONSTITUTION:The aimed adhesive containing (A) 20-80pts.wt., preferably 30-70pts.wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin, (B) 5-30pts.wt. NBR-modified epoxy resin, (C) 20-80pts.wt., preferably 30-70pts.wt. at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of bisphenol A type side-chain type epoxy resin, dimer acid-modified epoxy resin, oil-modified epoxy resin and polyglycol type epoxy resin, (D) 5-60pts.wt., preferably 10-50pts.wt. styrene-butadiene copolymer with <=30wt.% styrene content based on 100pts.wt. total of the components (A), (B) and (C) prepared by solution polymerization and (E) a curing agent for epoxy resins.
