PURPOSE:To obtain the titled odorless and colorless or white composition, containing a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer, tackifier resin and plasticizing oil in a specific proportion, having excellent operability without coloring with time and suitable as paper diapers, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by containing (A) 5-25wt.%, preferably 7-13wt.% styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer, preferably odorless and colorless or white copolymer with 10-40wt.% styrene content, (B) 40-70wt.%, preferably 55-65wt.% tackifier resin consisting of one or more of hydrogenated aromatic petroleum resin, hydrogenated aliphatic petroleum resin and hydrogenated terpene based resin, preferably hydrogenated aromatic petroleum resin and (C) a plasticizing oil, preferably containing a large amount of paraffinic components with a small amount of aromatic components in an amount of 10-40wt.% total amount of the paraffinic components and naphthenic components.
