PURPOSE:To increase the mutual magnetic working force between an electromagnetic coil and a vibrating element by installing the first and second magnets which are formed integrally with a rareearth metal magnet onto the part corresponding to the S and N poles of the electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:The supporting shaft 6 of a vibrating element is installed onto the center axis part of an electromagnetic coil 1, and the first and second magnets 7a and 7b are fixedly installed onto the part corresponding to the inner peripheral edge of the yoke plates 4a and 4b of the supporting shaft 6. The first magnet 7a is constituted of a ferrite magnet 7c and rareearth metal magnets 7d and 7e, and the second magnet 7b is constituted of a ferrite magnet 7f and rareearth metal magnets 7g and 7h. Therefore, in comparison with the magnet constituted of only ferrite magnet, the strong first and second magnets 7a and 7b can be installed without increasing the weight. |
