PURPOSE:To reduce the operation noise by installing a band body which is laid in free slidable contact onto the peripheral surface on the pump part side of an eccentric cam and can be bent in reciprocation. CONSTITUTION:The both edge parts of a bend-shaped body 62 in a thin elastic metal belt form which is laid in free slidable contact or rolling contact on the peripheral surface on the pump 10 part side of an eccentric cam 49 and can be bent in reciprocation are fixed onto the inner surface of a center space part 42. Therefore, the collision between the eccentric cam 49 and a reciprocative movement member 28 with contact members 52 and 54 at the time point when the reciprocative movement member 28 is input into a pump discharge cycle is avoided. Further, the collision between the both immediately before the completion of the pump discharge cycle can be effectively lightened. Therefore, the operation noise can be extremely reduced even in the high speed revolution or in the case when the short stroke is long.
