PURPOSE:To obtain the titled paste, containing a specific polyfunctional electron radiation reactive group-containing compound, monofunctional electron radiation reactive group-containing compound and electrically conductive powder and curable by coating substrates, e.g. electronic device parts, etc., therewith and irradiating the coated substrates. CONSTITUTION:The aimed paste containing (A) one or more compounds having >=2 electron radiation reactive groups, e.g. tetramethylolmethane tri(meth) acrylate, etc., (B) one or more compounds having one electron radiation reactive group, e.g. phenoxyethyl (meth)acrylate, etc., and (C) electrically conductive fine powder consisting essentially of carbon black, graphite and/or electrically conductive fine metallic powder. At least one of the components (A) and (B) contains hydroxyl groups.
