<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the operation noise and improve the volume efficiency by forming a valve seat into a rectified flow form, in the intake valve of a compulsory type piston pump. CONSTITUTION:In the suction cycle in which a piston rod 20 is separated from a discharge valve 48, a gap is generated between the valve piece 30 and valve seat 68 of a suction valve 26, and the valve piece 52 of the discharge valve 48 is pressed to the valve seat 50 by a compression coil spring 58, and closes the valve opening, and the fluid in an intake passage 60 flows on the periphery of the valve seat 68 and passes through the gap in the radial direction between the piston rod 20 and the valve piece 30 and flows into a pump chamber 62. Since the valve seal 68 has a rectified flow spherical form, the stream of the fluid on the periphery of the valve seat 68 is smooth, and a pertinent inertia flow is generated, and the volume efficiency is improved, and the generation of eddy current in the intake of fluid is reduced, and the operation noise of a compulsory type piston pump can be reduced.</p> |
