PURPOSE:To improve an exposing photosensitive characteristic and wavelength characteristic by incorporating specific nonmetallic phthalocyanines and the compd. satisfying the specific general formula into the electric charge generating layer and charge transfer layer, respectively, which are laminated on a conductive base. CONSTITUTION:This electrophotographic sensitive body is constituted by laminating the charge generating layer and the charge transfer layer on the conductive base. At least one kind of tau, tau', eta, eta' type metallic phthalocyanines are incorporated into said charge generating layer and the compd. satisfying formula I is incorporated into the charge transfer layer, by which the exposing sensitivity characteristic is enhanced and the high sensitivity to a long wavelength region of iota780nm is obtd. The stability in repetitive use and a good photomemory characteristic are obtd. as well. In formula, R1-R4; a hydrogen atom, alkyl group or alkoxy group of 1-10C which may have a substituent, aryl group of 6-12C which may have a substituent, and a residual group with which R1 and R4 or R2 and R4 form a cyclic amino group together with the nitrogen atom bonded thereto. |
