摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a tip part of a guide and electrification member for welding from being deformed and the sending-out of an electrode wire from becoming difficult by forming a film with high hardness and besides, having conductivity on the surface of the tip part at least of the guide and electrification member for welding to electrify and guide the electrode wire. CONSTITUTION:The tip part of the guide and electrification member T is constituted of a ceramic body 1 and a base body 2 made of metal such as copper, etc., and the hard film 3 having the conductivity is covered on the entire surface except a recessed screw 1b part of the ceramic body 1. In this way, the tip part of the guide and electrification member T is not molten during welding by forming it of the ceramic body 1 and furthermore, the electrification to the electrode wire guided through a through hole of the inside is accurately carried out by the hard film 3 having the conductivity on the surface. The tip part of the member T is prevented from being molten and deformed by the high temperature and the wear is reduced and further, the spattering can be also reduced by forming such constitution.
