The invention relates to a closure for the metered delivery of liquid, having two sealing plates which are arranged spaced apart, leave between them a free space determining the metering quantity, and to which a cylindrical counter-sealing surface is assigned, which is displaceable relative thereto. To achieve a simple constructional form which is, in particular, favourable in use, it is proposed that a cylindrical counter-sealing surface (13), which is displaceable relative to the stationarily disposed sealing plates (I, II), be designed as a pot (14) with a spout (23) which projects from the outer surface, forms the discharge cross-section, and whose entry cross-section (E) lies in communication with the free space (24) in one end position. <IMAGE>
