PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having proper viscosity for easy application, excellent touch in use, stability and safety, by blending a specific quaternary ammonium salt with a specific polyoxyalkylene modified organopolysiloxane. CONSTITUTION:(A) A compound shown by formula I [R1 and R2 are 8-22C (hydroxy)alkyl or 8-22C alkenyl; R3 and R4 are 1-3C (hydroxy)alkyl or 8-22C alkenyl; X is halogen] is blended with (B) a compound shown by formula II [R5 is 8-22C (hydroxy)alkyl or 8-22C alkenyl; R6-R8 are 1-3C (hydroxy)alkyl; X is halogen] and (C) compounds shown by formula III - formula VI (R is 1-3C alkyl or phenyl; R' is H or 1-12C alkyl; p is 1-5; m, t and y are 0-100; n and x are 1-100] in weight ratios of the component A/B of 20/1-1/10, preferably 10/1-1/5 and of the component A+B/C of 1/5-15/1, preferably 1/2-10/1 and the sum of the components A, B and C is 5-50wt.%, preferably 8-35wt.%. |
