Use of water-soluble copolymers as antideposition agents in the evaporation of sugar juices

The use of water-soluble copolymers of (a) from 50 to 95% by weight of acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid (b) from 0 to 25% by weight of acrylamide and/or methacrylamide and (c) from 5 to 25% by weight of sulpho-containing monomers having a molecular weight of from 500 to 8000 as antideposition agents in the evaporation of sugar juices, where the antideposition agents are employed in an amount of from 0.1 to 100 ppm, based on the unconcentrated sugar juice.
