PURPOSE:To display a specific page of a specific program sequentially as a picture changing with respect to a time change by storing sequentially a data while an old data is left in a teletext signal memory at each prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A television video signal inputted from an input terminal 1 is subjected to extraction of a teletext signal by a data/clock generating circuit 4 and converted into a digital signal. Then a program data per 1Vd is stored in a packet buffer 7 via a BEST 6. The program data stored in the packet buffer 7 is transferred and stored in a teletext signal memory 16 sequentially by a main CPU 9 before the next Vd period. As to the data desired to be displayed for the timewise change such as stock price or weather forecast, the data is stored sequentially while leaving an old data in the teletext signal memory 16 for each prescribed time. A series of data is extracted from the teletext signal memory 15 depending on the command, and the specific page of the specific program is displayed sequentially in response to the timewise change.
