The novel compounds of the general formula I <IMAGE> (I) <IMAGE> where n is from 1 to 70, R1 and R2 independently of one another are each hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl, C7-C12-aralkyl, aryl or a carboxylic ester group, or R1 and R2 together may form a tetramethylene or pentamethylene group, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are each alkyl, the radicals X independently of one another are each a direct bond or a bridge member, Y and Z are each oxygen, sulfur or NR8, R7 is hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, hydroxyl, alkoxy, carboxyl, a carboxylic ester group or unsubstituted or substituted carbamyl and R8 is hydrogen or unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, and the ammonium salts of these compounds, are very useful as light stabilizers. |
