PURPOSE:To obtain the titled aqueous solution, by solubilizing vitamin E in an aqueous solution of a saccharide or a sugaralcohol containing lysolecithin and ethanol. CONSTITUTION:Vitamin E is added to an aqueous solution of a saccharide or a sugaralcohol (e.g. glucose, sugar, fructose galactose, mannose, lactose, dextrin, sorbitol, etc.) containing 0.1-5pts.wt. lysolecithin and 0.1-10pts.wt. ethanol and stirred or the vitamin E is added to the aqueous solution of a saccharide or a sugaralcohol containing only lysolecithin, stirred and then ethanol is added to the solution to give a vitamin E-containing aqueous solution. The aqueous solution is stable at the concentration of 0.001-30wt.%, and the aqueous solution having 1-15wt.% concentration is readily usable. The saccharide or the sugaralcohol improves stability of the vitamin E-containing aqueous solution and extremely shortens time required to coarsely disperse the vitamin E uniformly. |
