PURPOSE:To obtain a drug for skin external use exhibiting excellent effect, especially in prevention and remedy of pimple, by blending a hydroxyapatite powder with antiphlogistics and/or keratin release agent. CONSTITUTION:A hydroxyapatite powder having 0.01-100mu, preferably <=10mu average particle size and antiphlogistics such as glycyrrhezinic acid, allantoin, indomethacin, etc., and/or keratin release agent such as sulfur, salicylic acid, resolsin, etc., contained as an essential component are blended with a conventional auxiliary agent and the blend is formulated according to a conventional method to provide the aimed product. The product can be formed into a shape of cream, ointment, lotion, tonic, powder, etc. 0.1-50wt.% Hydroxyapatite powder, 0.001-20wt.% antiphlogistics and 0.01-20wt.% keratin release agent are blended in total amount of powder type drug for skin external use. |
