PURPOSE:To obtain a composition for oral cavity effective for preventing and treating periodontal diseases, preventing decomposition of hinokitiol, having excellent percutaneous absorption, by blending hinokitiol with a stearin nucleus- containing compound. CONSTITUTION:A composition for oral cavity containing 0.01-1wt.% hinokitiol is blended with 0.001-5wt.% stearin nucleus-containing compound such as cholesterin derivative, especially dihydrocholesterin or epidihydrocholesterin and adjusted to pH7-10 by the use of a basic compound such as inorganic alkali, amine, etc. |
