KNEADED MATTER EXTRUSION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To offer the simple kneaded matter extrusion device ensuring the deairing in the kneaded matter by providing a vacuum vent and the charging port for charging the kenaded matter in vacuum state from a kenaded matter tank near the piston retreating position of a piston type vertical extrusion cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The kneaded matter kneading a compound flux and binder is inputted into a kneaded matter tank 2 and a vacuum valve 15 is opened to deair the inside of the tank 2 by a vacuum pump 14. The inside of an extrusion cylinder 10 is deaired in advance in the state of closing a vacuum valve 8 and retreating an extrusion piston 13 to charge the kneaded matter inside the tank 2 from the charging port 4 by opening a damper 3. On reaching of the charged kneaded matter to specified vacuum the damper 3 and a vacuum valve 12 are closed, the piston 13 is advanced and on reaching a specific pressure the vacuum valve 8 is opened, the piston 13 is further advanced and the extrusion of the flux is started from a nozzle 5. The flux of uniform quality without any mix gas is coated on a core wire 7 by delivering the core wire 7 simultaneously.
