<p>PURPOSE:To record color images with high quality, by recording through sequentially supplying an optical shutter array with voltages for making a blue, green or red filter. CONSTITUTION:A color image recorder comprises a slitted plate 3 provided with slits 4 and a PLZT optical shutter array 6 having a multiplicity of pixels 7, which are sequentially provided between a white light source 1 and a photosensitive material 2. Slit light 5 passed through the slitted plate 3 is incident on the shutter array 6, whereby it is emitted through light modulation, and is supplied for exposure of the material 2. As the photosensitive material 2, a photographic printing paper coated with a photographic emulstion is used, and exposure to light on a color basis is sequentially performed through the shutter array 6 while the printing paper 2 is sequentially paid off. The printing paper 2 is fed sequentially through a color developing part 28, a bleach fixing part 29 and stabilizing parts 30, 31, 52 to a drying part 53, and is taken out as a color print. The shutter array 6 is driven to function as each color filter, by applying thereto controlling voltages corresponding to blue, green or red from a controlling part 9.</p> |
