PURPOSE:To obtain a design drawing plotted on a sheet with a prescribed format even by using a blank sheet, by synthesizing an inputted plot data with a specific plot data in which a driving frame and a grid point are stored in advance. CONSTITUTION:A fixed storage area 3a where a various kinds of general plot data (the drawing frame or the grid point) can be stored in advance is provided in a data managing part 3, and a plot data synthesizing part 5 including a plot data attaching part finding means 7 which finds a drawing indicated by a control data in the plot data inputted to an arithmetic processing part 2 and a plot data attaching means 8 which reads out and attaches the data indicated out of the plot data in which a prescribed specific plot data is stored in the fixed storage area 3a on the found position, is provided. In such a way, it is possible to attach the specific plot data having a name designated by the control data on the plot data and to output it from an output part 4, and to perform the synthesis of the specific plot data at the time of plotting the data on a blank sheet.
