PURPOSE:To improve the deterioration in the identification degree XPD of cross polarized wave inexpensively and simply by constituting an antenna feeder of a polarized wave converter and a polarized wave branching device and using the polarized wave converter supplied fixedly with a phase difference or an attenuation difference. CONSTITUTION:A polarized wave converter 4c provides a phase difference of 162 deg. in the system using two linearly polarized waves in common while the polarized face is tilted from the horizontal and vertical face at a frequency of 11GHz. That is, the length l is set to a length corresponding to phi=162 deg.. The phase difference is constant independently of the tilt angle tau of an incident polarized wave. The inserting face theta of the phase difference of the polarized wave converter 4c is set to a proper angle depending on the angle tau. For example, in case of the tilt angle of the incident polarized wave, tau=10 deg. and tau=20 deg., the XPD of >=30dB and 25dB is ensured. Thus, in comparing it with the characteristic of a conventional system, the XPD is improved by >=5dB.
