PURPOSE:To attain the frequency division of >=1/2 frequency division with simple circuit constitution by interposing a 3rd band pass filter passing a 3rd frequency band and consisting of a microstrip line between a 2nd gate and the drain of an FET. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation is caused at an output signal frequency f2 by a feedback band-pass filter 9 constituting a feedback path provided to the 2nd gate 7 from the drain 5 of the FET 3. When an input signal f1 inputted from an input signal terminal 1 is inputted to the circuit in this state and reaches the FET 3 via an input band-pass filter 8 passing the band of the signal f1, a signal having a frequency difference of (f1-f2) by the frequency mixing utilizing the nonlinearity of the FET 3 is formed. In approaching a half of the signal f1 to the signal f2, the oscillation signal is locked to 1/2f1 by the locking due to nonlinearity distortion and only the signal of 1/2f1 is extracted through an output band-pass filter 10.
