PURPOSE:To improve the environmental immunity by fitting a block to a slide face through a fit part provided on the block and the main body of a case and fixing it to the slide base by the heat melting, calking or its combination of the fit part while applying sure fixation without secular decomposition or deterioration of the stationary part of the dummy block medium. CONSTITUTION:A dummy block 6 is fixed tentatively to a shield case main body 1 by applying press fit or mating projections 5, 5 of the shield case main body 1 to recessed parts 7, 7. Then the shield case main body 1 is heat-treated, the contact part including the projections 5 and the recessed part 7 between the shield case main body 1 and the dummy block 6 is diffused thermally and welded as a heat diffused part 8 to fix the dummy block 6 definitely. Thus, sure fixation is attained without decomposition/deterioration of the stationary part of the dummy block to improve the environmental immunity.
