<p>A wiring system device in a building for professional use, divided into potential work areas (1), comprises at least one cross-connecting terminal (4) for establishing the centralised connection between at least two work areas (1) and at least one prewiring element (14, 15) for connecting each work area (1) to a cross-connecting terminal (4), the said prewiring element being identical for all the work areas, regardless of the type of connection established. The cross-connecting terminal is formed from connecting modules (6) comprising at least two pairs of contacts. The prewiring element comprises a cable (14) connected at one of its ends to a contact strip, the said cable comprising a number of wire pairs equal to a multiple or to a sub- multiple of the number of contact pairs of a connecting module (6). The wires of the cable (14) as well as the contacts of the contact strip are individually colour-coded, the colours of the wires of the said cable being included with the colours of the contacts of the said strip. <IMAGE></p> |
