PURPOSE:To preferably solder by providing terminals at the centers of the opposite sides of a heater to apply uniform forces to the four sides of the heater. CONSTITUTION:A heater 21 is so formed in a square frame state as to contact all lead rows of FPIC 13 to be soldered. Terminals 22 are formed at the centers of the opposite sides of the heater 21. Mounting holes 23 are formed at the upper parts of the terminals 22. The terminals 22 are provided at the positions symmetrical with regard to the centroid G of the planar figure of the heater 21. Then, even if a load is applied to the heater 21, forces are uniformly applied to the four sides of the heater 21. Thus, preferable soldering can be conducted.
