PURPOSE:To simplify a wiring and an equipment and to improve an easy use by multiplexing the frequencies of plural video signals and audio signals to transmit them by a single signal transmitting means. CONSTITUTION:The plural video signals and the count signals are multiplexed in a transmitter and supplied to the terminal equipment 30 of a receiving side through a signal transmitting means 21. In the terminal equipment 30, the desired video signals and the audio signals are selectively taken out by selectors 33-36 and the states of the selected video signals and the audio signals are adjusted by an adjusting device 35. Thereby, the desired video and the audio can be viewed in the desired state (for instance, sound volume). Control data SC1, SC2 are multiplexed, supplied to the terminal equipment 30 of the receiving side, thereby, the selection and the adjustment are prohibited by the selectors 33-36 and the adjusting device 35, so that the receiving state of the terminal equipment 30 can be forcibly controlled to a constant state from a transmission side.
