PURPOSE:To easily transfer an incoming call to an attendant board, etc., by transmitting an incoming call transfer request to an electronic exchange, and transferring the incoming call to previously specified transfer destination when voice is not inputted for a certain time. CONSTITUTION:When an exclusive line trunk calls an extension subscriber 14 with a signal from a caller 01 in a state where the extension subscriber 14 registers an absence transfer to a voice accumulating device 20, an electronic exchange 10 calls the voice accumulating device 20 according to the absence transfer and the exclusive line trunk is connected with the voice accumulating device 20 through a speech path 30. Monitoring the level of a sound signal inputted through the speech path 30, the voice accumulating device 20 judges that the voice is not inputted if the level is under a certain level for a certain time and transmits the incoming call transfer request to the electronic exchange 10 through a control path 31. Receiving the request, the electronic exchange 10 transfers it to the previously specified attendant board 15 and also releases the speech path 30 connected with the voice accumulating device 20. Thus, the incoming call can be easily transferred to the transfer destination such as the attendant board, etc.
