PURPOSE:To stably supply power by providing electrically conductive core bodies in both end parts of an electrically insulating core body to keep a feeding part at a distance from a copy sheet passing part. CONSTITUTION:A heat roll 10 has cylindrical electrically conductive core bodies 1 and a cylindrical electrically insulating core body 2, and electrically conductive core bodies 1 are provided with flange parts 1b having the same outside diameter as the electrically insulating core body in end part of shaft parts 1a, and these flange parts are joined to end parts of the core body 2, thereby unifying core bodies 1 and 2. An electric resistance layer 3 is provided on the outside surface of the core body 2 so that its both end parts cover a part of electrically conductive core bodies 1, and an insulating layer 4 and a releasable layer 5 are successively formed on the outside surface of this electric resistance layer. Thus, electrically conductive core bodies 1 are directly fed through the bearing 2, and consequently, the feeding part is kept at a distance from the position, where the copy sheet having an unfixed toner image passes, to prevent the instability of power feed due to penetration of toner to the feeding part.
