<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the man/hour in machining and to improve the profitability by forming a tape drawing body base by a synthetic resin and forming an inclined tape guide by integral forming for correction of a twist prevention. CONSTITUTION:Tape drawing body bases 8, 9 are formed by a high accuracy resin molding method of an injection molding, etc., by using the material mixing carbon, mineral, fluorine, etc., in proper amt. to a PPS resin, for instance, and inclined tape guides 10, 11 are respectively resin-formed integrally on the tape drawing body bases 8, 9. The inclined tape guide 10 has a circular arcuate part 10b and inclined tape guide 11 a circular arcuate part 11b in the winding range of the tape 2 of the inclined tape guides 10, 11, and at the place opposite to the circular arcuate parts 10b, 11b, namely at the place excepting the winding range of the tape 2 reinforcing rib parts 10a, 11a are formed to reinforce the stiffness. The need for the worker/hour in machining is thus eliminated to improve the profitability.</p> |
