PURPOSE:To miniaturize a microwave circuit and improve the performance of this circuit by integrating an input slot line, an output coplanar line, and transistors TRs on the same semiconductor substrate to avoid a complicated structure which hinders the high frequency operation. CONSTITUTION:An input-side circuit and an output-side circuit consist of an input slot line 8 and an output coplanar line 15 respectively, and the input slot line, the output coplanar line, and TRs 33 and 34 are provided on the same semiconductor substrate 25, and concentrated constant inductors 26 and 27 are provided between the input slot line and TRs. Thus, dimensions of circuits are reduced by integration to miniaturize a microwave circuit, and the structure of the circuit is simplified to form the microwave circuit with a high precision, and the performance of the microwave circuit is improved. |
