PURPOSE:To enable securing of an accurate relative positional relation between a primary molded product and a secondary insert quite easily and automatically, by a method wherein a profiling space and an auxiliary profiling space for molding of a support member of the insert are formed within a primary mold, and at the time of mold clamping a side pin is inserted into the auxiliary profiling space. CONSTITUTION:A loose block 10 is moved forward, fitted into a bottom force 7b, and then the top and bottom forces 7a, 7b are clamped, in a station B. In this instance, a support pin 11 is inserted into a profiling space 7c for primary molding, and a side pin 12 is inserted into an auxiliary profiling space 7d. When primary injection molding is performed, a primary molded product 2 which is composed of a buried primary insert 3 is molded. Simultaneously with this, a secondary insert support member 13 is molded through the auxiliary profiling space 7d by extending astride of a space between a pair of side pins 12, 12. At this time, a connecting part 14 of the secondary insert is formed so that a predetermined relative positional relation with the primary molded product 2 is secured. Then a machine screw 5 is set and held on the connecting part 14 of the secondary insert, in a station C. In addition, the loose block 10 is fitted in a mold 8 and secondary injection molding is performed by inserting the machine screw 5 into a profiling space 8c of the secondary molding mold 8, in a station D.
