PURPOSE:To improve the portability of a portable equipment and to attain the hand-free talking by constituting the titled equipment by a radio transmission section, a radio reception section and a telephone set section having a function sending each transmission between the radio transmission section and the handset switchingly to the telephone line and switching an incoming call to the loudspeaker section and the handset. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call informing means 15 informs a call state and the user turns on a power switch of a portable equipment 30, a radio wave is sent from the radio transmission section 22, received by the radio reception section 7, and when a pilot signal is detected for a prescribed time by a signal detection circuit, a switch 13a is activated to close a DC loop between a telephone line 1 and a loudspeaker circuit 3. In this case, the handset is in the on-hook state, a hook switch 14 connects the telephone line connection terminal to the telephone line 1 to make the loudspeaker means 4 and the reception section 7 in the talking state. When the handset 19 is hooked off, the switch 14 connects the handset talking circuit to the telephone line. |
