PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit constitution by supplying the time division multiplex signal of a luminance signal and a chrominance signal to a circulating type noise reduction processing using a picture memory as a delay means, affiliating the luminance signal and the chrominance signal to taking out them. CONSTITUTION:An input time division multiplex circuit 22 has a change-over switch 29 switched at the cycle according to the respective occupied bands of the luminance signal Y and color difference signals R-Y, B-Y since the three signals of the color difference signals R-Y, B-Y and the luminance signal Y are time division multiplexed. Then, the luminance signal and the color difference signals are supplied to loop back distortion removing LPFs 30, 31 and the luminance signal is directly supplied to the switching switch 29 and the color difference signal is supplied to the change-over switch 29 through an S/P conversion circuit 32. An output time division multiplex circuit 23 has completely one and the same circuit constitution and time division multiplexes the luminance signal and the color difference signal and feeds to a picture memory 24. One frame delay output from the picture memory 24 is subtracted from the output of the input time division multiplex circuit 22 by a subtracter 27 and a difference signal between frames is outputted.
