PURPOSE:To set a constitution simple and cheap by sharing a keyboard for the input of a telephone number and the input of transaction processing data. CONSTITUTION:A normally closed contact point 22 and a normally opened contact point 23 are connected in serial between a CPU 15 and the key input terminal of a telephone set 17, and respective keys 24 of the keyboard are connected between the normally closed contact point 22 and the normally opened contact point 23. The normally closed contact point 22 is opened when a power source is charged, and is closed when the power source is cut off. Consequently, the keys 24 of the keyboard are connected to the CPU 15 through the regularly opened contact point 23 when the power source is charged, and are connected to the telephone set 17 through the normally closed contact point 22 when the power source is cut off. If a handset is off-hooked from the telephone set, a hook-switch 28 is closed. If an output signal from a photocoupler 27 is given to the CPU 15, key input signals inputted from the key switches 24 are transmitted to the telephone set 17 through photocouplers 25 and 26 as dial numbers.
