<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the operation by providing a means for reading the character information such as a date and recording start/end time, etc. from a printed program table, and a means for executing automatically recording, based on this character information. CONSTITUTION:On the tip of a read pen 1, minute photoelectric converting elements 2a-2j placed as an in-line, and illuminating light emitting elements 3a-3e are placed by placing a separator 4 for light-shielding between them. This tip part is pushed against a numeral train to be read, and the numeral train is read by moving the read pen 1 along the numeral train, while pushing a read switch 5. When data information 7, channel information 10, and recording start time and end time information 8 are read by a numeral or bar code, there information is displayed temporarily on a display device 2. Subsequently, a confirming operation is executed by an operator, preliminary information is stored in a scheduled area of a reservation memory 23. When the time becomes a start time, a controller 21 switches a channel selecting device 24 to a reserved channel, and also, sends out a control signal for starting picture recording, to a picture recording device 25.</p> |
