<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the public nuisance of offensive odor by keeping the inside of a treatment chamber for accommodating a waste water treatment tank in the decompression state and supplying the inside offensive odor gas as combustion air into a gas turbine generator, while if the concentration of the offensive odor gas is low, by discharging said gas directly from a funnel. CONSTITUTION:The building 1 such as gymnasium and cinema house consists of the ground part and underground part, and a variety of units are installed in the ground part, and a treating chamber 2 and a power generation room 3 are arranged in the underground part. In a waste water treatment chamber 21, waste water treatment tanks 4-9 are installed, and the inside is kept in the decompression state through an intake duct 14 by the drive of a fan 12, and the outside leak of offensive odor is prevented. The intake duct 14 is con nected to a gas turbine generator 17, and the air including the offensive odor in the treatment chamber 2 is supplied as the combustion air into the gas turbine generator 17 and combusted and odor is removed. When the concentration of the offensive odor is below a prescribed value, the gas is directly discharged from a funnel into the atmosphere.</p> |
