PURPOSE:To reduce the sliding resistance of a piston by providing circular seal members on one of the axial inner face of an operating fluid port outer periphery and the axial end face of the piston facing it. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder mechanism 20 is constituted of a piston 27 provided in a cylinder 21. Seal members 28, 29 are fitted to the outer periphery of an upper guide port 24 on the inner face 22a of an upper cover 22 and the outer periphery of a passage 5 on the inner face 23a of the lower cover 23 of the cylinder 21. The seal members 28, 29 are constituted of bases 28a, 29a, erected sections 28a, 29b, and lip sections 28c, 29c. Accordingly, the sliding resistance of the piston is reduced, and the leakage of the operating fluid can be prevented when the axial shift of the piston is completed.
