PURPOSE:To easily perform the management of a component library by clearing distinction between a system library and a user library, by accessing each terminal to the system library and the user library according to the instruction of a mapping table. CONSTITUTION:A system library selection means selects the system libraries 5-1-5-3 accessed at the time of starting up a CAD program in a terminal, and forms a bus which connects the system libraries 5-1-5-3 to terminal systems 6-1-6-3. A control means makes the terminal access to a selected system library of the 5-1-5-3 and the user library of the 11-1-11-2 according to the selected system library out of the 5-1-5-3, an access priority order to the user libraries 11-1-11-2 of the terminal, and the instruction of the mapping table which instructs permission. In such a way, it is possible to perform the management of the component library easily by clearing the distinction between the system libraries 5-1-5-3 and the user libraries 11-1-11-2.
